Mouse-wheel support in Surge

Surge is the only soft-synth I use that doesn't support mousewheel increment and decrement of parameters.  It's really nice to use without moving the mouse to adjust a value.  Plus in combination with shift most synths do minor adjustments.  With this feature it's almost as if the synth has knobs.

Please consider this as a small feature request.

And thank you for Surge; nothing on the market still sounds like it.
