it's up now (demo + full)

changes:
-scaling of non-linear elements in the ladder filter (LP24L) has been changed. this makes the resonance more in-line with the input signal amplitude. This can make existing patches sound different, but I only noticed it in two of the factory patches.

-resonance range on LP24 has been reduce slightly to avoid it from going totally insane

-you can now choose the number of poles for the ladder filters (1-4)

-you can now choose if the input signal will be mixed with the comb filters output or not (default previous behaviour).

-fixed error in the demo version when the host tried to save the state of the synth. (it still wont save anything, but there should be no errors)
